1. 📦 Publications Fulfillment Admin (Paid Position – $23/hr, Year-Round)

This Seattle-based role involves managing book inventory, processing orders, and warehousing publications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warehousing books and merchandise
  • Processing, packing, and shipping book orders
  • Printing and binding Nitartha texts either at the Nalanda West printer (training available) or a local print shop
  • Working closely with Yahm Paradox, who will oversee training in printing and U.S. fulfillment, and will continue to support restricted text requests and high-volume order periods

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. resident located in the Seattle, WA area
  • Access to private transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Background in administration and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Microsoft Office, and cloud storage (Google Drive)
  • WooCommerce/WordPress and shipping experience is a plus

Pay: $23/hr, workload fluctuates based on institute courses

Additional Benefits: Free access to digital texts, potential to manage the bookstore at NSI for free room, board, and meals, and opportunity to attend NSI courses online for free.


2. Join the Staff Team at Nitartha Summer Institute 2025!

Nitartha Summer Institute offers an immersive study and practice program rooted in the Kagyü and Nyingma lineages.

As a staff member, you will receive free tuition, housing, and meals while contributing to the institute’s operations.

🗓 Dates: Setup begins July 12, sessions run July 18 – August 5, takedown on August 6

AV Staff (2 positions available)

AV staff play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for in-person and hybrid classes. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting three live AV setups
  • Managing classroom technology and hybrid content delivery
  • Troubleshooting audio and video issues
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff

Requirements:

  • Prior AV or retreat experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly
  • Availability for setup beginning July 12 and takedown on August 6
